ETRADEX SARLAU is a company based in Rabat–Salé that supports international students, families, companies and investors settling in Morocco: paperwork, housing, arrival, concierge.
How much do your services cost?
Every situation is different, so we prepare a free, no-commitment quote after a first conversation. The price is always agreed before we start.
How can I contact you?
WhatsApp is the fastest. You can also fill in the contact form: we reply within 24 business hours.
Can you help me before I arrive in Morocco?
Yes. Most procedures start remotely: document list, enrolment, visa, housing search with video viewings.
Which cities do you cover?
We are based in Rabat–Salé and mainly work in Rabat, Salé, Témara and Kénitra. We also support projects elsewhere in Morocco and abroad.
Do you guarantee visas and residence permits?
No, those decisions belong to the authorities. What we do guarantee is a carefully prepared file and follow-up at every step.
Which languages do you work in?
French and English.
Do you work with companies?
Yes: welcoming and housing employees or interns, corporate concierge, support for business set-up projects.
International students
Can you help while I am still in my home country?
Yes, that is the best time to start. Everything is handled remotely by WhatsApp and e-mail before you arrive, then in person in Rabat–Salé.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No. The decision belongs to the consular authorities. We help you submit a complete, compliant file, which avoids most refusals caused by missing documents.
Can my parents follow the progress?
Yes. We can add a parent to the conversation so they are informed at every step.
Travel & paperwork
Can you handle procedures without me?
Some, yes, with a power of attorney. Others require you in person: in that case we prepare everything and go with you to the appointment.
Do you also help with trips out of Morocco?
Yes, we also support travel procedures from Morocco to other countries.
How much does a procedure cost?
It depends on the file. We send you a clear quote before starting, with no commitment.
Housing & real estate
Which cities do you cover?
Mainly Rabat, Salé, Témara and Kénitra. For other cities, write to us: we look at every request.
Can I book a home before arriving in Morocco?
Yes. We visit for you on video and arrange the booking according to the landlord’s terms.
Are you a real-estate agency?
We are a support service: we work for you, not for the landlord, and help you avoid bad surprises.
Concierge
Do you offer contracts for companies?
Yes. For regular needs we offer a tailored package with a dedicated contact person.
Do you work at weekends?
Depending on the task and with advance notice. Mention it in your request.
How am I billed?
Per task or as a package, always with a quote approved before we start.
Professionals & investors
Do you give legal or tax advice?
No. For those matters we introduce you to licensed professionals and coordinate their work.
Can you help while I still live abroad?
Yes. Much of the work is done remotely, and we represent you locally whenever possible.
Do you only work in Rabat?
Our base is Rabat–Salé, but we support projects anywhere in Morocco.
